TrafficWatch Video-Analytics

TrafficWatch is a Video-Analytics ("VA") based on system. The system uses VA to monitor or "Watch" for behaviours in traffic and can be used for the following applications:
- Off-Street parking enforcement
- On-street parking enforcment
- Bus Lane monitoring
- Moving-traffic offences
Video-Analytics requires the system to "learn" the shape recognition and apply a set of rules across a geospatial matrix. VA potentially replaces Human CCTV-Operators in the traditional "Capture" mode and can trigger video-capture pre and post the "offence"
